"Room was disgusting. Called the front desk about our sheets being dirty and they never offered to bring new clean sheets. They handed me a new bed cover for the bed so I could change the bed myself. Ridiculous. Tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest. Air conditioner was broke and the front desk laughed about knowing it was broke and that it needed to be fixed. Not sure why we were placed in that room if staff knew the AC was broken. Pool was not usable and not advised to be out of order when booking. Dead bugs under furniture. Hotel breakfast was out of food before we could get in line. Absolutely disgusted with this entire experience/ hotel and the price we paid."
