Quietly located apartment small but nice, has a separate entrance. Living room with cozy corner sofa with pull-out foot section, TV, hi-fi system with CD, dining table with chairs. Double bed 1.80 mx 2 m, walk-in closet. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Kitchen: refrigerator, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink and toilet, hair dryer.
You have the choice: enjoy a hearty snack on the covered balcony with a view or on the terrace with pool.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub, 3 Nächte waren wir vollsten s zu Frieden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, ein schöner ruhiger Balkon, Küche, Bad mit Dusche, alles schön sauber und immer ein offenes Ohr der Vermieterin. Kann man bestens weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Da ich bis November 2023 in der Fränkischen Schweiz (34Jahre) gelebt habe, war es ein schönes Wiedersehen von vielen Orten, Freunden und ehemaligen Arbeitskollegen.

Kurzer Aufenthalt zu Silvester
Wir verbrachten Silvester bei Familie Leisner. Gepflegte Ferienwohnung und mit allem ausgestattet. Ein ganz freundliches Vermieterpaar. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Hanglage, zu Fuß ist aber alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Gerne wieder :)

Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Stadtbesichtigungen eine sehr gute Lage. Dazu ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Schöne, helle, ruhige und große FW, große Terrasse mit Sitz-und Liegemöbeln mit Blick auf Ebermannststadt, in der Küche alles da, mit abgetrennter Kleiderkammer. Einzige Mankos, die Duschmischbatterie und, dass das Radio rauscht, wenn man das Licht einschaltet. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Vermieterehepaar, nicht weit zum Bahnhof und in den Ort/ Gaststätten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Super für ein Wochenende
Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles, was man an so einem Wochenende braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Spülmaschine & Waschmaschine. Im Bad gibts einen Föhn. Wanderwege direkt an der Wohnung. Ansonsten alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhif.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Das Angebot den Pool zu nutzen war an den heißen Tagen ein Segen. Am letzten Abend sogar gemeinsam gegrillt ganz gemütlich.Die Wohnung ist funktionell und sauber. Der Urlaub hat alle wünsche erfüllt.
