The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. On-site parking was no hassle. Handheld shower did not fit onto wall bracket.

Suncliff hotel
Moved to Suncliff Hotel due to large party booking (wedding?)at Mayfair Hotel, so review is for Suncliff. Decor looking tired in places. 4th floor accommodation: bed very stiff and not comfortable. One roller blind was down halfway on arrival with broken/rusty chain laying on window sill, so unable to limit sunshine beaming through window at 06:30 in the morning. Stains on carpet around lounge area. Unable to give review to reception desk on checking out as understaffed and felt rushed through due to busy period (10:30).
