Fantastic hospitality. Crazy weekend with the Marathon yet they remained calm, cool, collected, helpful and curitious. Louis at the front desk was especially helpful. I think that was his name. He was on at night. The morning crew was great too! The guys stood at the front door so no one who wasn't a guest were awesome! Both of them. One gentlemen was black and the other a big white gentlemen. Excellent.
Room was great. First room had a perfume odor and I really dislike that. Louis moved rooms around and found me a new room. Both rooms were clean and the second one didn't have a perfume smell. It was a fragrance, not a bad smell. It was just very strong.
Shirley was on the floor and was immediately attentive. She is AWESOME!!! So great. She saw me talking with another person cleaning rooms who didn't understand what I was saying. She came over, super polite and helped me from there. Give her a raise!!! lol
I travel to Boston for work. I am the owner of Bridgewater Chocolate. We just opened a pop-up shop on Newbury. I visit often. I am a customer of The Lenox but if for some reason, they don't have a room, I will come over to The Colonnade. I heard from each of you that you share rooms if necessary. I will continue to stay at The Lenox but will be happy to reserve a room with you guys if the Lenox is not available. I just want to say great job! Best, Andrew Blauner
