Didn't dislike anything. The room needed updating & TLC. Facilities were fine as I'd paid a reduced rate. Friendly welcome & reception. Issue with radiator dealt with very quickly. I'm staying again in June & would happily book & stay again later in the year

Accomodation very good. Food good too. Staff friendly and helpful but understaffed and pushed to limit. So much so, that we had to wait a long time for our deserts with the evening meal as waitress working between busy bar and dining area. Breakfast was the same as buffet area was busy and we had to wait for food to be replenished as well as crockery and itensils. Would have rated it higher if more staff were present to serve guests

Recommend location in Boston
Easy to find location with car parking. Room was great with everything I needed. I had a vegan evening meal in the bar which was good that I was catered for. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and again it was nice I could have a dairy free alternative milk. Service was friendly and helpful so I'm happy to recommend this location if you need to stay over in Boston.

Good stay.
Had boooked a two night stay. First morning the drains in the bathroom had frozen. Hand basin water started to appear in the shower tray and then waste shower water filled up the bath. Then shower tray flooded and leaked onto the bathroom floor. Required a plumber while we out that day. Bedroom dressing table did not have any power sockets nearby. Nearest was over 12ft away. Kettle had to plug in by the bed headboard. Asked and received an extension lead. (You need to install more sockets in room 10.) Food was very good. Bar was comfortable and well stocked. Staff very helpful.

Bathroom was lovely but sink very small and shower basin a bit slippy with no rails to support. Having recently broken my arm I was scared of slipping and knocking it.

No sound proofing between rooms, dark and depressing room with very little natural light. Terrible toilet facilities in room, couldn't stand up to use the toilet because of the ceiling, i went and bought bleach to clean the toilet because of the black staining below water line, had to flush toilet minimum of four times to get rid of paper. Springs in mattress caused hip pain every day.. uneven floor in room causing off balance when moving. Constant buzzing noise from boiler when anybody used the hot water especially while the restaurant was open. Not a peaceful place to stay..

Almost everything:excellent food and young guy and gal service! Not so good- bathroom a bit tiny and quilt was hot enough to keep out arctic cold😀 Altogether 9.9 out of ten! Thank you!

Journey Break in Lincolnshire at Boston 2 nights.
Excellent large room (we paid a bit extra), very easy to access by car and park, walking distance to town centre, very friendly staff, had excellent dinner one evening with hotel chain discount. Outside appears a pub, which it is; but the accomodation is modern, in excellent condition, and attractive modern decor. Downside was no lounge, we had to use public bar. We stayed between Xmas and New Year and were the only guests so one day had to have breakfast in room as no breakfast staff available. Only continental breakfast available but it was reasonable wth healthy options. Good smart TV with Netfix available but unfortunately would not connect so problem had to be reported. TV worked OK.

Great value hotel
I was greeted by a friendly staff member,she was very helpful and explained everything to me and booked me a table to dine at .food was very good .I was also surprised how clean it was everywhere .it is quirky though and to have my own lockable toilet outside the room and down the corridor was strange but that's the only thing I couldn't really understand as I had a fridge and work surface instead of toilet .

Just utter misery........
If you make a booking at this hotel and your room is on the first floor, cancel immediately. Undoubtedly, this is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was dark and dingy and last decorated in @1981. There was nowhere to sit other than the bed, nowhere to put your bag other than on the grubby carpet and nowhere to hang your clothes other than a hook screwed into the wall as an afterthought. You needed to switch the light on in the shower to make the light in the toilet work, but then the noisy fan in the shower would be on for 20 minutes until it turned itself off. Strangely, for a rubbish room, there was a fridge. However the compressor had the same noise rating as an aircraft engine and seemed to be on for 40 mins out of each hour. There is no bathroom as such, just an array of cupboards in the room with you, like a kitchen, with a random sink in front of the window......and a shower cubicle that opens into the room itself. To cap it all , the walls are the thickness of a Rizla (ironic, because from the smell of things, Rizlas were freely in use in some of the other rooms........) and the person in the adjoining room started snoring at 9.30pm, so loudly- think petrol lawnmower - they might as well have been in my room with me. I had to turn the telly up to vol 20 to drown them out. The whole experience was thoroughly depressing and miserable. I just sat there contemplating life and wondering what had I done with myself to end up in a hell hole like this

Great hotel
Coming up to the property we thought “oh no” Going in , everything changed.smart modern decor.great seating area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stairs a little steep on going up to our room, not recommended for the older guest. Our room was very spacious and modern , equipped with both a bath and shower. King size bed very comfortable. Double glazing for added quietness as room looked out to road and river(10)

Good hotel
Nice room, small but fine. They could do with a dedicated shelf/table for the kettle and tea making facilities as this has to be done from the small bedside table. In a previous room this wasn't and issue. Good lighting and excellent TV with Netflix, BBC I-player, Prime and terrestrial. Good bar and the food is excellent.
