Our room was not vacuumed in the week we stayed there. Mold in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was very dirty. Staff was very kind. Ramona was amazing!

I enjoyed the hotel and the room was great. I wish the city view had been better and I wish the shuttle had been in operation as advertised.

This place is sketchy at best we checked in late because we were at our daughters game and arrived in our room to find it open, Simone had clearly been in there laid in the bed you could see the outline of a body and stunk of cologne. On my way to the lobby a staff member walked past me and walked up to my door when I stopped from getting on the elevator he turned and saw me and acted like he was confused I called my husband to open the door and the worker was obviously surprised and didn’t know what to say. The bs continued at the front desk…..

Had a great stay at the Hyatt, pillows were to die for! No need to call Uber/Lyft; many bus stops located around the property. I would say in the morning takes a half hour to get to Boston & after 7:45PM could take an hour. Bus 354 Express bus on State st in front of Old State House brought us here in 10 mins (last buses at 7:15 & 7:45, probably not on WE). Everyone was great, pool good, amazing breakfast & the lady taking care of it on Sat AM went above & beyond, was extremely sweet, handed us our plates, took them from us, dumped out our water bottles for us, asked us if we needed anything, SO attentive & delightful. That lady deserves a raise, don't let her get away! Hot scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancakes, french toast sticks, yogourt & compote with granola etc, cereal, sausages, turkey bacon I believe, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice. Everything was amazing. Would def stay here again. Ice machine worked, too!

Very clean and spacious rooms. The mini fridge was broken so that was inconvenient and no microwave but other than that the accommodations were fine. Breakfast and free parking was convenient.

Great location so close to shopping area and transportation in front of the hotel nice and clean wonderful breakfast except i don't like lady at breakfast always standing and giving plates so uncomfortable when you can get your plates one time she ask me what you need when i need to go back for more breakfast she's nice and pleasant but it will be nice if she is not at the plates area the maintenance man so rude absolutely so rude but front desk staff very nice

The Staff made this a 5 star rating. The front desk-Mike and Breakfast-Ramona went above and beyond Everyday to make this stay for me and my family enjoyable. Mike asked me everyday how our stay was and if there was anything he could do to help. He got us toilet paper when we ran low, he got me quarters for the washing machines, he recommended places for us to eat, early check in, etc. He is a young guy but always professional and helpful. We will definitely stay here again because of Mike and Ramona. Coming from Hawaii our Jetlag was bad and they made us feel at home. Great work!

The room was good for the price but the hotel mistakenly put $600 dollars worth of charges on the credit card that we gave for incidentials, and we're having a hard time getting those charges removed.

The hotel is very nice and clean the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely recommend. Only some little details like the paint in the bathroom and grout minor details like that they did have. The complementary breakfast was great, had variety of things to eat. If I come back I would stay again.

The ammenities in this hotel is not well described. Please read details before staying in this hotel. There is no room service. You have to pay to park when there is free parking on the other side of the hotel and of course the hotel doesn't tell you that. The room was clean. And a very huge shout out to Ms. Ramona. Otherwise this is not a place I would stay in again..
