When I got in the room the tables, counter, microwave, bathroom floors and around the toilet was all dirty. I cleaned it myself then noticed the Kleenex box was empty went to call for another box and noticed the pillow cases and bed spread was both dirty, too. At that point I told them the room dirty and they offered to change my room and it’s better than the first one.

You get 1 pillow. They will NOT give you another pillow when you request it. You get 2 drying 2 wash cloth and 2 hand towels NO MORE and they only change sheets and towels every 3 days. The beds where HORRIBLE cheap sqeaky and uncomfortable and the sheets didnt fit properly with super thin blankets. The free breakfast had milk out just sitting not being kept cold or chilled. I will NEVER stay there again. I stay there last year NO PROBLEMS. I went back this year GARBAGE.

No ashtrays in the smoking room. No bags for to put the ice in. Light bulb missing out the lap. But overall everything else was fine.

The desk and breakfast staff were friendly enough and the room was mostly fine but one one bedspread had cigarette holes in it and I felt the need to wipe the bedside table and desk and the rag I used turned partially brown. I also used some of the soap to clean the sink faucet handle and there was dirt/hair in the corners of the bathroom with spots of stuff on the door and shower curtain. Tub also did not look clean. And there are train tracks across the road so there was some noise from that.

We waited 10 minutes at the front desk to even check in. Then we walk into a room that looked fine, but had filthy floors. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, hairs on the side of the tub and in the floor. Every bit of the floor around the baseboards had filth built up. The beds were at least clean but seems to be on metal boxes for bed frames. The people above us were obviously running a zoo that must’ve needed medication all night since we could only hear their alarms going off every 5 minutes. The zoo animals were also apparently training for the high jump since we could hear them running and bouncing off their metal boxes. I called the front desk around 12:30 and she acted like there was nothing she could do. She was supposedly going to call them. The sounds slowed a bit so we could fall asleep only to be awaken to a man and woman fighting and screaming. Then more alarms and beeping. Darn animals.

Front desk clear had attitude unfriendly, the noise of guest arguing, fighting, you can hear other guest conversation and other fictions through the walls. Poor cleaning.

Horrible don't stay here!
If I have to resume, I'll say I was a nightmare. From bad service from a rude clerk ( African American woman) to no having towels at all at the room, except one dirty one behind the bathroom door, pubic hair at toilet, roaches, trash under bed, dirty sheets and not room service at all!!! When I came back at night from a day trip I found the room no made so I went to ask why to the clerk and she got an attitude with me, so I just asked for at least clean towels and left. So disappointed, no going back ever again!!! And if you are smart do not stop here, not worth even the room price!!!

They said the room has 2 wrens but they are doubles. There is a gap around the door that you can see light through which makes it noisy and difficult to warm the room. We had a man approach us in the parking lot asking for money. Very uncomfortable

Room was so dirty we had to change rooms. Hair all over, pubic hair all over the shower, dirty towels, urine etc. Second room was just as bad.

Cheap and decent location but not the cleanest
Staff was great at check in. Room seemed clean till I went in bathroom. Dirty footprint in the tub. I scrubbed that away. Then I pulled back the sheets and found blood on the sheet. Husband sat down in the white office chair and it was broke and flipped over backwards with him. Thankfully he was not hurt. The bed was on top of some type of metal frame so every time you moved the least bit it would pop very loudly and wake you up. Overall wouldn't stay again b/c I value my sleep and cleanliness over saving $20.
