"My booking was as perceived from their advert for a caravan with lake and sea views with steps to the upper level /roof terrance. I booked with ebookers ,their adverstising is misleadingly. When i mentioned this at reception I was told it says its for illustration purposes !! Id need to take it up with ebookers. Which i agreed with. Would I book with this company again. Most definately not. Caravan was fine..clean and tidy.Barmouth bay site lovely. No views of the beach or no seating...

"We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request.
