The staff was great—helpful and friendly. They advertised a restaurant, but there was no restaurant service on Sat. When I was there. They advertised shuttle service to the airport, but it was not available when I needed it.

Stuck at hotel all day on a Saturday due to cancelled plane. Restaurant closed so there was no place to get something to eat. Room very basic. No desk only small table and no chair. Staff was very good.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Breakfast was fine. Parking was fine. Outside area all dug up for gram lines. Has been a mess for over a year now.

The young lady at check in was very pleasant and set up an appointment for an early morning taxi for the airport, which was there on time the next day. She also helped us with a restaurant suggestion.

Broken glass. Great service.
Bathroom was okay. Full-length Mirror in room was broken. A big bottom left corner piece left exposed sharp edges. Could easily cut someone. Service was fantastic. We ordered a taxi for 4:15 am the night before and it was there at 4:15.

Fine hotel - a bit difficult to get to.
The hotel was absolutely fine and checkin etc quick and simple. The room was fine and clean. To find the hotel, however, was a bit of a task as the whole area is being changed with the roads and access to the hotel limited. Also the signing to the hotel was lacking.

We stopped on route to st Malo for the ferry The hotel rooms are very tired and dated but the staff are nice and the breakfast was good Saying all that I wouldn’t stay again and if I hadn’t paid in advance I wouldn’t have stayed last night

Great hotel
Hotel reception staff very pleasant and welcoming. Room and bathroom was very clean. Bath had a couple of chipped enamel which could have been repaired by maintenance but the shower ((over bath) was very good. Lovely fresh linen. Self service breakfast was very good and very sufficient. Overall great hotel with added bonus if airport transfer.
