Dear guest, we are sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us, even though our staff did everything they could possibly do for you to have a nice experience. To make up for your check-in not going as smoothly as we would have wished, our reception team gave you a significant discount and offered you free parking and free breakfast, but you rejected their offer. Secondly, they bent over backwards to give you two rooms ready before our actual check-in time which is 12pm. Last but not least, the price difference that you mention can be easily explained : your first reservation was a non-refundable one made in advance – you benefited from a discount. Your second reservation was made on the same day, directly at the desk – therefore, no promotion apply. Given all the circumstances mentioned above, we are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations and we hope you will have a more enjoyable experience in another hotel of your choice in the future.
