I was there for work, yet there was no access to the internet from my room throughout my stay. This caused real inconvenience. Had to use my roaming at my own cost for online meetings etc Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Did not expect such poor service and facilities.

Very convenient and great are for walking. Only downside is tha the elevator was out of service but the staff was able to get us a first floor room. Breakfast was excellent.

It's a nice business hotel well located. The room is spacious with a pleasant shower. Overpriced. The staff is friendly and Patrick was most helpful....

Nice hotel, great location
Lovely hotel and great location for exploring Bonn. Great to have a secure car park under the hotel with direct access to the hotel via a lift. Lots of places to eat nearby. Good range of food for breakfast. Bit worried being over the motorway but no noise with the window closed.

Good location friendly staff
Really great location and if you want a good burger go the kebab shop next to the bus stop when coming from town.Staff are really friendly but room service not so great but could be language barrier.House keeping rushed cleaning of the room, although when we arrived it was spotless. Only one English channel BBC news..no English subtitles available. Bakery across the road and a few cafes cheaper than the 15 euro breakfast offered at hotel I would definitely stay again but maybe without the boys.

Nice hotel close to public transport, restaurants.
Good experience, just did not like the double bed being 2 single beds stuck together with a gap in the middle. Very uncomfortable.

Awful Experience
We were there only for 2 nights and we have changed our room 3 times as some of the rooms are so old and we had issue with toilet and bathroom! They gave us an upgraded room at 11:30pm which didn’t have safe and fridge! Apart from one the staff at reception, the rest of them were useless! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Good hotel, great location.
Great location for Bonn town plus local bars and restaurants. Staff all friendly and helpful, good breakfast and good value for money. Would happily stay there again.

I stayed for a business trip. A bit overpriced, I did not take 15 euro breakfast. No internet, i.e. low quality internet for 30 min for free, and after that you have to pay. Assuming you are coming for business, that is not good.

I had a wonderful time visiting Bonn, and the whole hotel experience was fully satisfactory. The reception staff were polite, knowledgable, and really helpful for tourists, offering local knowledge (and complimentary umbrellas when it rained). The room was excetionally clean, well equipped, warm, and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were polite, the entire building was clean and well maintained, I do not have any negative opinion of this hotel, and would use it again as my first choice if I ever return.

Great stay. Used this hotel as a stop driving through from trier to rotterdam, so only wanted room with nearby restaurants, and this was so well placed for that. Loads of choice for eating out, we choose the argentian steakhouse, which was great. Shops nearby too for coffee and pastries. Hotel was fine too, comfortable and clean. The rooms were nicer than expected and windows kept the noise of the street out completely.

The hotel is very noisy. You can hear neighbours, showers, a squeaking elevator and the massive motorway which passes under the hotel. Otherwise it is cleaned, staff is very friendly and in a good location.

Nice hotel close to attractions
This hotel is not as expensive as some others in the area. Our room didn't have a microwave or coffee part but we were fine with that. Gave us a chance to visit local eateries and enjoy their food and beverages. Hotel is close to the University and is a short walk to the market and t I units attractions. Many of the staff at the hotel speak English and we're very helpful in helping us get around.
