Good snorkeling from pier easy to get in the water and saw lots of colorful fish. Downside very very small beach.

Location was amazing . Facility is tired however they are doing construction to update it. Food pricing is too high for quality. Shore snorkeling is awesome. Nice pools.

The divi flamingo is a great place and all sorts of ways. The rooms are a great views were wonderful snorkeling was phenomenal the staff was friendly and it was close enough to town we could just walk in and find all sorts of great restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay there.

My wife and I stayed here in 1998 for our honeymoon, and we returned for our 25th anniversary. It is still a wonderful place to stay, and even better since it has been updated. Our room was immaculate, as were the grounds. You constantly see staff cleaning up. Speaking of staff, they are amazing! I can't name them all, but each and every person we talked to were beyond friendly and helpful. For now, we only snorkel, and it is perfect off of the resort. Food and drink options are all good, and there are also some good restaurants close by. We really liked the pizza place at Divi! It was better than expected. We are so glad we could go back, and hope to return again soon!

Great location right by the sea with seaview rooms opening out to the water. The resort is dated, the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Expensive for the state of the resort but if you want to listen to the waves all night, it's worth it.

Everything was great while I was there. I had a real difficult time contacting the location with my questions. I called and was one hold for over an hour and then left a message. Didn’t get return calls. So I had unanswered questions that honestly worked out just fine. I had the same issue with emailing the dive shop- never got a return email. So I didn’t schedule anything or get my questions answered but everything sounds like there needs to be zero plans and diving is easy there. When I got there the shop wouldn’t let us dive until the next day after this orientation they only do at 930am. So I lost a half day of diving for this 20 min orientation. I asked if I could pay for it to be done when I arrived and I was told ‘no Bc people that fly in are tired and dehydrated.’ I’m a mom of young kids. I was pretty disappointed in this. And I kept being told everything was booked up and I should have scheduled ahead. It was said to me consistently. But it wasn’t all booked up. I went on boat dives and did everything I wanted. I just asked them to let me know if things opened up and things always did. I just felt like they are use to the same divers coming years after years or divers that have been to Bonaire many times that they aren’t use to new people asking questions. At one point I had to tell the person at the dive shop that I am asking questions Bc I do not know the answer. After organizing these details- I had a great time. The resort and workers were so fun and nice.

We really enjoyed staying at the resort. It was convenient to many places. We did the all inclusive and the food in the Chibi Chibi was good. The buffet was very limited on different types of food. Overall it was good. They had a singer for a couple of evenings for a couple nights. Otherwise there is not much entertainment. It does have a small casino attached.

A difficult week in Divi
The room was musty but management did not even react. Mold in the airconditioning frightening. Neighbor got robbed by the maid. After police report part of money was returned. Management did nothing. No roomservice. As an elderly person difficult to get around. They should maybe have a trolley going from one end to the other.

Great location in Kralendijk. This hotel has a very good dive shop and a house reef. Good snorkeling at the hotel as well. Good food, great areas to relax outdoors. Two nice pools. Optional all-inclusive, which we think was very much worth it. Everything is outdoors: very safe especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. A great hotel for families as well. The cruise terminal is close-by BUT cruise passengers are not allowed on the property.

For years this hotel has managed to maintain a level of semi rundown and semi clean. This time, by the damage it appeared that the bathroom door has been kicked in and poorly repaired instead of replaced. The outside corridors were dirty, There is a trail of cooking grease from the kitchen to the area where I suppose pots and trays are washed

1 The site has limited inside parking, otherwise you have to park outside, looking at the cars closest to the entrance most were not guests but company cars, employees and contractors. One very close parking space was stacked with pallets. Apparently it never occurred to the management to reserve the parking spots closest to the entrance for the guests. It is more important that the pool contractor can park nearby

The parking outside the resort is government owned public road, the resort is not allowed to reserve these spots for resort guests. As such they are being used by resort visitors, contractors, guests, neighbors, or visitors to other businesses down the road. We hope you had a great stay on our beautiful island! Thanks.

I love the location and closeness to the ocean and fish. You can jump into the water just feet from the deluxe rooms. This was our fourth time staying there. The three previous times were wonderful. This time not great. First, checking in they tried to “upgrade” us to a studio. The studio was not on the water but a distance from the water. We stay in deluxe to watch the ocean fish from our balcony, literally five feet away. If I wanted the studio with a kitchen, I would have paid for it. Actually online the studios were cheaper, so it wasn’t an upgrade. I argued with them until they put me where I belonged. This shouldn’t have happened. Checking out was a problem too. They charged two bills to us that weren’t ours for food and drinks. Finally the lady corrected it. It was someone else's signature. They apparently didn’t check the cards which they pass out. Finally, that was corrected but not an apology. Another problem is parking. A very small parking lot is provided for rental cars. They allow dive trucks and others to park in the guest parking lot. Some times you have to park on the street. The dive trucks should park on the street. I love this place for the ocean and location. Very disappointed in the office help this year. Not sure if we will be back. Hopefully they improve their customer service.

We allow all kind of cars in our parking lot, some guests (especially divers) do rent pick-up/ dive truck others just regular cars.
