Excellent location just outside Bologna Train station. Super clean, high quality bedding and comfortable bed mattress. A little bit frugal compared to all other NH Collection hotels I stayed at. No iron and board in the room, or to the room. Must go to the fifth floor and iron there. That was a bummer! Also, no free water bottle daily. No coffee machine in the room. These are things I am accustomed to finding in any NH Collection hotel. Price point was really good though.

Super staff at check in. Room very clean with good amenities. Really great shower and things like body lotion and hair conditioner greatly appreciated. Walking distance to everywhere.

Over all its a nice hotel. Two steps away from central bus and train stations and walking distance from the city center . Staff are nice, and very helpful, yet, one of them seems annoyed all the time and never smiles. Recommend

Great location easy walkable to the center of the old city and Duomo. Plenty of restaurants and stores along the way. And the train station in monorail to the airport are literally across the street.

They offered the room to me 30-60 minutes before check in time, which was appreciated. There was a wait but once it’s my turn it’s fast and smooth. The room was spacious and well designed. The reason I did not rate it five out of five for overall rating is because I asked for a removable luggage rack in advance and it was not there when I arrived, had to ask for it againZ A glass had water in it, likely due to residual from dishwasher, did not get wiped out. All minor issues, so overall still happy with the check in. Comfortable bed, clean, well maintained and organized. My suitcase was broken in when I went out for sightseeing, asked the front desk to investigate, they said they would follow up. Unlike Belgium and Netherlands, once you are checked in, all were well prepared, they don’t find reasons or intentionally made one or two things bad so they could have a reason to come fix, they don’t bother you. Here in Italy, it’s opposite, always issues here or there, either big or small, they could not do it right beforehand, and allow you to have a no distraction stay. This hotel is good. Good staff attitude.

highly recommend !
Absolutely beautiful hotel right by the train station and within walking distance of the center of town. Very clean and bright. A/C worked great, and nice shower. Great place for us on last night of a month's vacation.

Front desk staff and concierge was friendly, helpful and polite. Rest of the staff were very unfriendly. Requests took super long to be handled. Sat on a desk chair and it legs broke and there was nor sympathy or urgency to replace it. Requested joint rooms ahead of time and had to wait over and hour for room separating rooms to be unlocked.

Very conveniently located 2 minutes walk from Bologna Centrale, lots of shops and eateries nearby, and close to historic centre. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and good facilities. Water bottles are not provided, a number of supermarkets nearby to purchase from instead. The main issue was the noise levels at night. On weekday nights the hotel has a rooftop bar, so guests staying on the square side of the building must endure loud pounding music causing walls and floors to vibrate up till 1am (which they are not informed of in advance). The hotel has rebranded itself to cater for party goers, at the expense of paying guests trying to rest and sleep in peace which is a shame.

Weekend in Bologna
The location was amazing, close to the train station and close to the old downtown. The breakfast at the hotel was great with a lot of great Italian breads and pastries available. The room was super clean and quiet. I will definitely come back.

Perfect location, easy 10 min walk to the centre of town and very close to the central train station. Room was very nice, although was incredibly hot even in May. Temperature controls didn't allow setting to below 20c and no top sheet on the bed (just duvet) so we slept with the window open the first night which meant we got bitten all over by mosquitos. Obviously we kept them closed after that which meant poor sleep due to the heat.

No restaurant
Suggest you change your description of tge services available. The restaurant is not open in the evening nor is there room service. As a lone traveller I did not want to go out to find somewhere to eat and had to make do with a horrible toastie in the bar. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known this

Very nice property with awesome staff
Our room was lovely, quiet and the terrace was beautiful. The room was very clean — only teeny issue was mirror not cleaned each day so I did it myself. Front desk staff were tremendously helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable room but noisy!
The room was comfortable with clean bathroom. Good air-con. The breakfast was delicious - we hadn’t booked it but it was a great addition! Loved it. However, the room was very noisy as walls are paper thin. Check in service took far too long especially when we were tired and hungry after a long flight!
