"I loved this rental it was in the middle of everything and very convenient. It was very clean and modernly updated. I feel it could be a 5-star listing however the tenant above our head let their child run across the floor ALL DAY LONG. I complained once and it was corrected to only start the next day. The only other suggestion would be to provide a small amount of cleaning products in order for the tenants to clean."

"I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes. They are pretty loud but i personally didn't mind it much. The main frustration was the radiator in the living space. It made a sound like...

We found it as it was described, the stairs to the upper apartment, indeed would not accommodate anyone with a handicap or very elderly. We enjoyed our stay visiting family and seeing sights in Chicago. Parking is a little tricky but our host was kind and a good communicator. We would definitely stay there again."

We were met when we arrived, shown the parking space for our car-a great space and totally worth having one. Then taken up to our floor-the elevators are quick and smooth.
