"This little holiday home had everything we two needed for our vacation - peace, quiet, privacy and yet shopping and exploring within walking distance. The house is nestled among olive trees, so very private and quiet. We could hear the breeze and the buzz of grasshopper wings and birdsong, but little else. "Villa Mediterranea is well positioned in Bol - midway between town and main beach. Rooms and beds are comfortable with efficient air-condioning. Staff pleasant and helpful. Pool area is pleasant but small but the local beach is fine and a few mins away. Sunbeds 20 euros per day each. Bol itself is a lovely unspoilt town."

"We spent one night in Bol and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Jiraj. We were the last guests of the season before they closed down, and the hosts were great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal for walking down to the shops and beach. Also, there is a restaurant under the hotel that is outstanding. The wood-fired pizzas are excellent!"

"Very well kept property managed by Bol Homes, young professional guys. Steps from magnificent beaches away from the hype of Zlatni Rat. Mind the way back to the apartment is a steep street but that’s how things are in these places."

"We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. There was a pool and free buffet breakfast which added to the comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is also a short distance to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and ferries and a nice walk around to the beach."
