Do not stay here
They did not have hot water, when we notified Guest Services all they said was that there was nothing they could do. The rooms are incredibly small, we only stayed there one night and we changed to another hotel.

Don't book in this Hotel!
Horrible! I go to Bogota quiet often an have stayed in many hotels there. I stayed in this one primarily for it's proximity to the U.S. Embassy. What a mistake! Apart from other issues, they crammed hotel insurance down my throat. Even through it is common for hotels in Bogota to charge this, if a guest objects to this, the hotel removes it from your bill. This hotel refused. I hope they use the extra money they charged me wisely because they could have made much more from subsequent stays. Not to mention their lower rating as a result of a bad review. That's what happens when someone with poor business sense manages a hotel. Stay away from this one.

There for six nights. Breakfast was simple, but good. Included fruit, juice, eggs to order, espresso coffee. Had a king bed, that was comfortable. Room was very clean, and there was a safe in room. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially helping me find restaurants. Walking distance to universidad nacional, and right next to corferias. Several restaurants at esperanza street which is walking distance. Was safe to walk at night near hotel.

hotel bogota expocomfort has the most amazing customer service. I had an unforseen situation and they quickly helped me out. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast was okay just eggs and bread. The center of Bogota is about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. would recommend.

Very convenient airport hotel
This hotel provided a very satisfying stay on the back end of my last trip to Bogota. It was conveniently located by the airport, the concierge staff spoke English, and they were had a cab and breakfast waiting for me when I was ready to depart early in the morning.

straight forward hotel
honestly, due to my flight being delayed, i didn't check in until 11pm. however the staff was very patient due to my low level of conversational Spanish. the one staff member even walked me to the eatery that was still open down the street and stayed while I ate and walked back with me. that was very nice of him. the hotel is very modern and clean. i only stayed one night so didn't get to experience their full admenities. it was about 10 minutes from the airport and is very convenient. like i said, got there very late so didn't get to explore the neighborhood like i planned. overall i was happy with my stay there.

the room was a decent size, nicely decorated and very clean. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. the owner/manager, Jean Louis was very pleasant.there were a few restaurants close to the hotel and they were adequate.I would certainly stay there again, the one drawback is that there were few points of interest in walking distance, but the staff will very pleasantly get you a taxi to take you anywhere in the city.

No volvería, mi peor estadía en Bogotá
El wi-fi no fucionaba en nuestra habitación. No funcionaba el agua caliente. Nos notificaron que la habitación tenía bañera y eran mentiras, de utensilios de tocador solo había jabón, no había ni crema ni shampoo, ni agua. El segundo día nos quitaron una de las dos toallas a las que teníamos derecho, quedando solo con una (por ser dos personas. Hotel muy frío. Nos cobraron un agua que no nos consumimos.

No me gusto el servicio. Cuando reserve la habitación en ese hotel fue por la comodidad y por lo servicios que habían dentro de la habitación. Muy contrario a la habitación que recibí, la cual no contada con nada de lo que decía en la especificaciones y la habitación, ademas que se escucha en la noche todo el ruido de las calles.

Hice una reserva por tres noches, como el evento se alargo, volvi a reservar por medio de la pagina y la tarifa fue muy inferior a la reserva anterior. Esta ultima tarifa no fue respetada por el hotel y me cobraron el valor que ellos quisieron.

Me fue regular con tendencia a mal. El hotel no cuenta con parquedero pero por suerte pude dejar mi vehículo en uno de los dos espacios al descubierto que hay al frente. La página debería informar esa carencia. El baño de la habitación estaba dañado, lo portamos y no hicieron nada. La televisión es muy limitada. El precio, aun con el supuesto descuento anunciado, me parece costoso para la clase de hotel. Eso si, muy atento el personal.
