"We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The pool was also great and very enjoyable. The only reasons I’m not giving it a perfect 5-star review are that the gym was quite limited and the elevators took a long time to arrive. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked this hotel because I needed a room with two beds. When we checked into our room we realized that the balcony door was damaged and hanging off the hinges. Because the door would not close, it could not be locked causing a security and comfort issue. The AC was set to 62 but the room remained around 78 due to the balcony door being stuck open. I spoke with Ade at the front desk and she informed me that there were no other rooms with 2 beds available. She told me she would cancel my reservation and to contact Expedia for a refund. However, when I contacted Expedia, I spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Expedia said the hotel reported that everything was fine which directly contradicted what I had been told by Ade. Not only was the condition of the room not usable but I left without a clear resolution from Expedia and the hotel. I would recommend that management address both the maintenance issues and the way guest concerns are handled. Also to mention I bought the insurance through Expedia and still have not heard from them to resolve my refund."

"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. Would definitely return again!"
