The housekeeping service often does a half fast job. They do not wipe surfaces or vacuum every time they come to clean. There are questionable white stains all over the couches and a lot of the rooms smell like mildew . The front desk personnel are always very kind and accommodate the best they can. Especially Tia and David. However, Ahmed never knows what he’s doing and there is always an inadequacy during the check in process with him every time.

I did not like that they cleaned your room every other day. What happened to a Daily clean? Are they short staffed? Also, when we first came into the room, the gel soap dispenser was empty. The room had been just cleaned and they did not fill up the dispenser? No hair dryer, I had to request one. Only 1 small bar of soap provided. I will not stay there again.

The house keepers leave a filmy residue on the floors after cleaning and most of their couches have stains and surface residue stains that are disgusting and show me the couches are never steam cleaned. David And Tia at the front desk are the best help out of my experience staying here for a month but, the housekeeping services needs to do a much better job at cleaning floors and wiping surfaces . Two days ago I had service and they left both of the room’s night stands filthy with oil from the previous night’s food and also, there were sesame seeds all over them as well because they disregarded them entirely.

TBH the breakfast was awful. Stale hard items and the fruit cocktail was old. The breakfast area( around the coffee) was dirty. The coffee was ok though . The bed linens were very clean but the bed frame was so dirty. Clean bathroom. Pool area is in the parking lot. More of a motel than a hotel and I have stayed in various Garden hiltons . This one good but not great. Very nice staff they were warm and welcoming.

They are supposed to clean the room every other day. Did not clean and I was told they would bring me the towels and sheets to do it myself. Called and complained and could never get anyone on phone for customer care to respond except to be transferred. no amenities what do so ever. No bottled water. Nothing in fridge. No safe. Not worth the money. Hilton honors did not help

Breakfast "buffet" choices were terrible. Literally insulting to ask that i pay an.extra $16. for such mediocrity. No fruit. Terrible bakery items. Fatty sausage and sad powdered scrambled eggs ? Most hotels give this kind of shabby bottom-of-thr-barrel basic breakfast for FREE.

I didn’t care for the breakfast offered especially since it was $10.00 a piece for a continental choice. I thought it should have been included with the price of the room. For that reason alone we will not stay here again. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

Very convenient location just a short hop off of I95 at Exit 50. The shower was rather weak though and seemed to cycle through from hot to more tepid water rather quickly, so that it required a lot of adjustments, even for a pretty brief shower. Pool area was nice and appreciated having hot tea/coffee available constantly.

The pool is not heated and no hot tub so absolutely no ability to use the pool in the winter months. The hotel is in the middle of highway no place to walk around. No nearby stores or restaurants.

The property was clean, staff was nice, comfortable bedding and quick response to a small issue we had with replacing the soap. Would give it 5 stars but there was a fire alarm that woke me out of my sleep and everybody had to vacate the premises and wait outside. Not sure what happened but after about 15 minutes or so they let us back in. Breakfast was not included and it was tough to find parking if you got back to the hotel after 9:00 p.m. I would definitely stay again!
