The hotel was small and beautifully kept. The breakfast was excellent with eggs made to order. If in Lake Bled again would definitely stay here and would recommend to anyone I know visiting this area

Lovely hotel with friendly staff just a quick walk to the amazing lake views. Wonderful breakfast buffet along with made to order eggs.

Hightly recommend! The property is beautiful! Very clean, new, modern, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is very nice, proffesional and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choises and home made foods. The lake is 5min walk. You can rent bikes and ride along the lake, nearby sights or have a bike trip to diferent beautiful sights around Bled. We will be comming back.

Enjoyed everything. Place seems very new. Small drawback: (at least) in Room 207 ceiling is tapered so it’s easy bump your head.

The property was easy to find and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff however had some serious attitude, particularly at check-in. The door was locked when we arrived around 4:30pm. We rang the bell and were buzzed in. During check-in the lady asked for our passports. They were in our luggage which was still in the car so I went to go out of the door to get them. Again the door was locked and not seeing the miniature door handle I asked if she could let me out, ie buzz the door. She got out of her chair muttering under her breath as she walked over to the door. From the tone and facial expression she was not muttering anything pleasant. After check-in we asked for dinner recommendations. She gave us directions to 2 restaurants near the lake and curtly said it was a short walk to both. I asked if that walk was up or down hill. As a person with hip disability that makes a difference on deciding whether I drive or walk. She smirkingly replied that of course it was down hill, the lake is always lower. As a traveller from Canada, ie the land of the Great Lakes, I really didn’t need the geography lesson from her. All-in-all a somewhat unpleasant experience and a bad memory of my time in Bled.

Excellent location (just a few minutes away from Lake Bled by foot), very clean rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathroom, delicious breakfast with many different options (eggs, bread, cheese, bell peppers, pastries yogurt), friendly owners.

Good guesthouse, lovely people, sauna not free.
Really lovely people and a nice relaxing guest house. 20 mins walk from the town centre but with a shop and good restaurant nearby. Top notch breakfast. Only downside was we specifically booked here because we wanted a sauna, but turns out it’s 15 Euros per person per session.

This was an amazing place! It is just back from the lake that it has privacy in a nice, small neighborhood yet is a three minute walk to a small market, restaurants, and the lake. The room, building, and grounds were immaculate and were very roomy. Bathroom was large and had lots of warm water with good water pressure. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful -- they were very kind when we asked for help with things like washing off muddy boots after hiking. The breakfast was good and generously large. I would stay here again and we will recommend Pr Anzl to our friends coming down to Lake Bled. Five stars!

Schöne Pension in ruhiger Lage
Die Lage der Pension ist sehr gut - ruhig und trotzdem nur 300m vom See entfernt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und vielseitig nur der Kaffee war nicht unser Geschmack. Das Zimmer modern gestaltet- sauber und ordentlich - besonders die schöne Terrasse haben wir genossen!

Great hotel near the lake
A great mountain style house turned into a hotel. Room was clean, with a nice patio with a view on the mountains. Although there is no view on the lake, it is litterally less than 5min walk to the lake, so great to leave your car on your reserved parking spot at the hotel and walk around the lake or go rent a boat/sup. Breakfast was really good and a lof of choice, and the staff was friendly. Only downside is there is no elevator, although top floor is 2, accessibility is to be considered.

My stay at Pension Pr Anzl was superb. I give it 10 out of 10. The hotel is among the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the people were very kind. Parking was on site, just a few feet from the front door. The neighbourhood was charming, beautiful, in fact, and the walk to Lake Bled was less than 10 minutes. I will be back to this hotel.

Schönes, großzügiges und sauberes Zimmer, in dem sich unsere ganze Familie wohlfühlte. Liebevoll angerichtetes, leckeres Frühstück mit genug Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Auch die Lage hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen: ruhig und mit Bauernhof-Feeling, trotzdem nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
