"I checked in on 6/8 around 4:30pm. There was a male worker outside who looked over and didn’t say a word. The female at check-in was not overly friendly and didn’t say very much. The female at the desk when I checked out was very nice. At breakfast I made a coffee but there were not any sticks or anything to stir the coffee. When I got something to eat there was no plastic ware to use. The male worker in that area was off to the side on his phone. I usually stay at this location every time I travel in that area but I might start considering someplace else."

"Beautiful amazing well kept hotel, would strongly recommend you pay the extra ten bucks for the valet parking. Or you'll be doing a whole lot of walking, hotel room was absolutely accommodating, perfect view of the beautiful roanoke mill mountain star....."
