"This hotel is centrally located and not far from the Festspielhaus. I was welcomed upon arrival with champagne/cremant, chocolate and friendly service. I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The front desk found a solution to the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. "

"Great hotel for visiting the Schwarzwaldhochstraße, and heading across the border to the Alsase region in France. We enjoyed the included breakfast to start off our day and had a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening. The staff was very friendly and multilingual and helped us with our limited Deutsch. The room was comfortable and thankfully well heated. Thanks to the management and staff for maintaining an historic hotel from the 1600s and keeping up with 21st century amenities. We look...

"The plus side to this property is it’s location: just tremendous! The town, it’s location in the Black Forest and being close to other towns checked all of our needs list. This property could use an update and the WIFi service was very poor to terrible. That said, we would stay there again."
