Romantic Hotels in Bintan

Everything was perfect except a few stains on sofa in the otherwise beautiful rooms, all with balconies on the sea and garden. What was the most outstanding was the staff, truly attentioned, alert, pleasant. The food breakfast and all was excellent and varied, with a variety of restaurant. We came from Singapore by a nice ferry and were picked up at the ferry terminal at no extra charge. I really recommend this hotel

My husband and I spent a 2D 1N in Banyan Tree and it was truly an excellent choice of place to stay. We were greeted by warm and friendly staff at the reception. Services was also prompt when we requested for our jacuzzi to be cleaned. We were at the restaurant an hour earlier than the time set for lunch but seeing us waiting in the restaurant, they took our orders and serve us our food. We really felt well taken care of during our short stay. Highly recommended!

I have no idea why some guys are complaining about this resort. The spot is amazing. When our ferry arrived, the shuttle was there waiting to take us to the resort. We arrived at around 3pm and we checked-in 10 minutes later. The whole place is amazing. The room was very Ok. The private beach was very calm and clean and very few people were there. We really enjoyed ourselves swimming and sunbathing all week-end long. The lobby is kind of indoor/outdoor which makes it feel so peaceful and relaxing ! The music in the lobby also helps !!!

spent 2 nights in Stingray 4 chalet. Love it so much!!

This is a excellent hotel for any family planning to travel to Bintan, the hotel has a great view with the infinity pool and beach and u can just laze around the hotel, it's has 2 very good fine dinning rest in Kellong and ban Thai ...over great exp Be careful of the Tar on the beach

I came to this resort for 2 nights as part of a holiday in Singapore. I booked via the internet and rang to confirm I would be picked up at the ferry terminal. I suggest pay the extra to travel Emerald class on the ferry as it makes things so easy. Everything went smoothly with my booking. The hotel staff were all helpful. In some cases the english language was difficult for them to understand and repeats were necessary. We really enjoyed the breakfast venue and the beach shed for drinks in the afternoon. In the villa some things were slightly damaged such as the arm on a chair or a tap fitting, but this did not detract from the beautiful surroundings. The villa is spacious and it was fun to travel the resort via our own golf cart. The beach is divine in the late afternoon, and having a private pool suited us as well. Overall a very relaxing place and I recommend it if looking for a get away from Singapore.
