I’m very disappointed that there was absolutely no mention of the major renovation going on there. It was a MESS! The airport transportation was horrible. I waited over a half hour. They could not explain where I was supposed to wait for the shuttle. They never told me that the shuttle would take so long to arrive (when they are less than 2 miles from the airport). The van was so beat down and the driver said that some doors didn’t work. We did get a renovated room but the fridge wasn’t working and my husband discovered it wasn’t plugged in and had to move furniture to get to the plug. Then when he plugged it in by morning everything was frozen. I have never had such a poor experience at a holiday inn express. I’m a gold member. It will really make me hesitant to go to one again.

GREAT SERVICE
This was a family trip for a Celebration Of Life for my Dad. Staff was amazing especially Chris!!!! Rooms were nice. Bed was very comfortable. Weird bathroom layout, and not enough garbage cans in room. Pool was small and not heated and there is NO hot tub. The service did make up for the lack of amenities working.

My husband and I selected this hotel after a long drive because of the pool and hot tub, even though it was pricier than a nearby establishment that just had a pool. The pool heater was broken, so it was too cold too swim and the hot tub had recently been filled in.

False advertising the hot tub has been gone they said for 5 years, pool heater was broken so pool was an ice bath! Had wierd smell in front lobby. Only thing I really liked was their showers were nice.
