"The only issue I experienced during my stay was some noise from children running and playing in the hallway after 9:00 p.m. on two separate evenings. However, the situation resolved itself, and I did not report it because children will be children. Had the noise continued past 10:00 p.m., I would have contacted the front desk. My stay was related to business with the VA Hospital. Other than that minor issue, everything was great. This was my third stay at Margaritaville, and I have continued to enjoy the experience and accommodations. My room was clean, and the shower knob was repaired. The staff was professional and extremely friendly. I had meals at the Margaritaville Cafe, and it was great."

"Rooms were clean. I don't know if the tub in all the rooms were the same, but the tub in our room was hard for my husband to get in and out of it."

"My parents drove 12 hours to celebrate their 30th anniversary and I called ahead to confirm their room and ask for a small touch to mark the occasion — a view upgrade, a $25 dining credit, or anything modest to make the weekend memorable. Instead of helpfulness, the staff gave attitude over the phone and treated the request as an annoyance. Their tone felt dismissive and uncaring about what should have been a meaningful celebration. I’ve been a loyal guest who travels from Texas specifically for this property, but this experience showed a lack of basic respect and hospitality. Small gestures matter — especially for milestone events — and the way this was handled makes me think twice about returning. If you want staff who value guests and will make an effort for special occasions, look elsewhere."

"Room was clean, staff were all nice and welcoming, breakfast was so-so, parking was easy, pool area was mostly clean and nice. My daughter and I stayed for 1 night and had no issues. You can tell that the property is a little older but overall it was a nice stay and the location is 100% convenient. Close to fast food, mall, walmart, beach, souvenier shops, etc. I would recommend."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Staff interaction was as it should be. The breakfast options were limited and there were no stir sticks for the coffee, but those are minor things. Overall it's what I was looking for and expected for an overnight stay."
