"The H20 bar and pool were amazing. Nice place to relax and get a drink. Bubba Gino’s shrimp had great food and a great waitress. So many food options and workers were helpful. My only complaint is the smell in the hallways and rooms of the hotel. Very moldy and mildew smelling. Also there are no microwaves in the room. Bummer because we had a fridge and took our left overs with us but no where in the hotel at all to reheat our food."

"I am extremely disappointed!!! I paid over $600 for this room for it not to be cleaned and no other rooms to change too!! Not to mention no one even came to clean our the next day we stayed 2 nights there was brown stuff on the bathroom walls and hair everywhere the bath tub was nasty and the fridge was frozen up.... Honestly have so many compliments from over charging what they said they were going to charge to not cleaning I am very disappointed you expect a lot more out of something you spend this much on I would of been happier at a cheap hotel than this place the location was great tho and a few employees made our stay a little better but I have called the hotel 4 times to see what they can do about these problems and no one has gotten back to me I will never spend my money on this place again!!!"
"We stayed for 1 night. The price was good. The pool was good. Breakfast was good as well. Our only complaint was they could use new mattresses or mattress toppers. Beds were very uncomfortable."
"Staff at the desk were very argumentative and disrespectful. I charged 4 drinks at the pool to the room, totaling around 70-80 dollars. When checking out, the lady stated that I owed 135 dollars of charges at the pool. Everytime I asked for help from the staff, they acted like it was the worst thing ever. Will not be returning back there ever again."
