Where do i start, well when we got there the door was locked and we heard people in the office laughing and looking between the curtains, about 5 minutes later a lady opened up the door and started to help customers and about 15 minutes we were helped, we were booked 2 months ago for a queen size bed but was told they could not give us one for there were only full size beds, so we were told to inspect our room and found the full size bed but the bottom of the bed wad wire legs that if you sat on it it it sqeeked and i was totally not pleased with the room so we went back and said we wanted a queen bed without the metal but she said that was all they had and it was memorial day weekend and my daughter graduated so we took the room for the same price as a queen but got a full, NOT HAPPY at all!! well we went to our rooms and there were drunks all over the parking lot and as for the rules about the noise there was no one in the office after our as per their rules. So from the noise of the people and bed and the loud ac unit, i really did not get any sleep and when we got up to check out, the office did not open until 10 and we needed to be at graduation at 9, we went to the office at 8, well we gave our key to a worker there and left so i hope we do not get a 10 dollar lost key fee but as our luck we probably will. I have traveled all over this world and this place is the worst in customer service and i feel we should not pay but we did stay in a very bad room and hotel.
