"NO internet connection. When I called the front desk, I was immediately transferred to an outside internet provider. I didn't understand why I had to figure out the internet connection by myself as if it was my problem. I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone without any success. I hang up and called the front desk again to complain. Finally, they send the technical person, and he told us that their property has been having a connection problem with apple devises, and if our device is Mac and/or iphone, the internet is not working. Then, why they first transferred me to the outside internet provider? Very dishonest."
