Dear Guest Feb 20,2023 As the Host of Tasha’s Place, and a Vrbo / Stayz “Preferred Partner” for the past 5 years, I consider Guest Reviews to be an extremely important resource, and a true indication of how well we are doing. And when occasionally, we receive feedback about an issue that may require our attention, then we do our utmost to resolve it to the best of our ability. However, in this instance the comments made in your review are neither accurate nor relevant and I must respond to them. You stated that…. “There were only 3 of us so sofa / lounge area adequate but wouldn't be enough seating for 7 persons. Outside seating and area was disappointing” Firstly, our unit’s Kitchen & Living area is normally set up to cater for 4 persons as that is the size of the most frequently booked group of Guests, and obviously whenever a larger group stays with us additional seating is routinely provided. Its also worth noting that even if you had friends arrive unexpectedly to spend some time with you during your stay, there were 5 other chairs immediately available inside that you could have used, not including another 5 in the kitchen setting. Regarding seat availability outside or in the Garden, I have to ask? “Just how many seats do three people need to feel adequately catered for?” Well apparently, it has to be more than 18, as that was the total number available to you during your stay, with them sited on the Front Deck, the Rear Deck, and additional seating also available (for 6 each) in both the Covered BBQ Area and the Garden Gazebo, and which were specifically pointed out to you on arrival So, in summary I do not accept the observations made in your review and will continue to provide a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing environment for my guests. It is also worth noting that our documented Guest Reviews frequently include comment about the “beautiful garden setting” in which our unit is located, that you found “disappointing?”. Your Host
