The bath tub in our suite was awful. The drain needs to be cleaned and unclogged. Water kept filling up after two mins of having the shower on. It’s just nasty to have your feet in the dirty water you are showering in. Tub also needs to be bleached, bottom was so yellow. They’re also pretty “economical” when you asked for toilet paper or box of tissues! All in all improvements are needed but it’s a nice place to stay.

The Buffett for Breakfast was very substandard, I ended up paying $60 for breakfast at their restaurant which was in the same building. I think that was intentional and very sneaky. Never staying there again.

We are a family of five, and stayed two nights during February. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and spacious, and it accommodated all of us. The breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of options. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and we were the only ones using it each time we went. We took a train ride into DC, that was pretty easy to get to. The staff was super friendly. We wished that there were extra hooks in the room, for coats, towels, and such, but otherwise everything was perfect. I loved the mini kitchen!

What a Way to Begin 2024!
This was the PERFECT place to start off the New Year. I checked in on New Year's. Eve. Check-in went smoothly. The room was excellent. There was peace and quiet. There was a kitchenette with all the amenities for eating in. The king size bed was very comfortable, including the pillows. The Living room was just spacious enough for me. The bathroom was more than adequate. I loved the toiletry dispensers attached to the wall. I didn't have to be concerned about dropping soap or shampoo. It made things so much easier. My total stay was for 5 nights, and I had no complaints at. all.

Very clean and the cleaning staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful while the front desk staff were in the back, reading or appeared to be busy. There was a mouse in the sitting area that came in from the cold and I had to call (yell!!) several times for the front desk person to put down traps.

Great room more like a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and plenty of space for 2 queen beds and more. Nice couch and extra chair in the living room area and everything needed in the kitchen. Hotel is co-located with a Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast was nice and hours were convenient.

A Real Find
This hotel is highly recommended. The rooms could not have been more comfortable - the full kitchen, lovely living room and delightful forest view - I couldn’t have asked for more. The breakfasts, the Wed cocktail hour, the free effortless parking, they think of everything! I want to make special mention of the staff. The cleaning people were all so polite, helpful and efficient. A young man at the front desk, KT, was always cheerful, competent, and ready to assist. Another young man, DJ, was also a delight. Clearly, management at this hotel is topnotch. I can’t wait to return.

Family and pet friendly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend it, especially if you have a dog since it is very close to places where you can walk with your four-legged family member.

More than adequate
The room was dated, but large, with plenty of space, and very quiet. Plenty of parking. Included breakfast was very good with the hot courses changing everyday. We had no/limited hot water the first night, which was then fixed, one elevator was out/broken, and our room was only half made up one night.

Good location. Great breakfast with different options every morning. Day 1 we informed staff that pullout couch was bent and frame broken. Nothing done so my son slept in an inverted head position. Not happy with that aspect of the trip.
