In general, the hotel was okay. the lobby is lovely, (this is always the way to make a good first impression). The staff are knowledgable and friendly.
On our first night, our toilet was broken and made a lot of noise. So at about 2230, we had to request a room change, which was not ideal and we were moved into a smaller room than we paid for. I understand it was late in the evening, so options may have been limited but still less than ideal.
2nd room, no noise or broken toilet so that's a bonus, but the main light didn't work. Again, less than ideal but at almost 2300, an issue for the following day.
In the morning, I spoke to reception and another room change. This room still wasn't as nice as our original room but it had a working toilet and working lights.
At this point, I simply could not face a 4th room change so I made do for the remaining few days.
Again, I must say, the staff were lovely. The room switching and general confusion were not.
