What a wonderful place to stay! Very friendly and helpful, spacious and super comfortable accommodation. Breakfast was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay, the room/ apartment was spacious, lovely breakfast and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Staying here is a unique opportunity to stay in a 14th century building that’s been remodeled for guest stays. We loved our spacious room and large bathroom shower. The refrigerator was stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks. A full kitchen allows for cooking a meal. Breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is super helpful. If you drive, note the parking is tricky to find and trickier to park a car. But staff can help, and it’s worth it for taking day trips. Fantastic experience!

Great lodging with good location
Very good stay. The staff was very communicative and the check in was easy. Great garden for use as well.

Great location and services but foam mattress does not provide enough back support. We used the extra pillow and it worked ok then.

Supersentralt
Dette er et koselig hotell som ligger supersentralt i gamlebyen Citta Alta. Det er et eget bad som tilhører rommet, men dette ligger ikke vegg i vegg med soverommet. Et lite og hyggelig frokostområde meg svært hyggelig personale.

Koselig hotell, kunne vært bedre
Nydelig hotell i eldre bygning. Vi var ikke forberedt på at det ikke var noen resepsjon, og at vi måtte sjekke inn på en skjerm. Koden til inngangsdøren hadde vi fått tilsendt på e-post, kom vi på etter hvert. Så vi fant ut av det, men antar at en generasjon eldre enn oss kanskje ville synes det var like enkelt. De ansatte var heller ikke tilgjengelige på tlf. De som jobbet i frokosthallen var imidlertid svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Frokosten var enkel, men god. Nydelig kaffe. Croissanter, yoghurt, noe frukt. Kjøttpålegg og ost. Renholdet var noe labert. De redde opp sengen, men ikke mye annet. Håndklærne vi hadde lagt på gulvet fordi de var skitne, ble bare hengt opp igjen – over de rene håndklærne våre. Oppå skapet på rommet var det mye(!) støv, åpenbart ikke blitt rengjort på en stund. Men alt i alt et veldig hyggelig opphold på en autentist og sentralt hotell. Vi koste oss!

Thank you for your nice review. I'm sorry you found your room dirty, this is a bit strange as cleaning is done in every room every morning. Thank you also for the nice feedback on our breakfast, we want to serve our guests a varied and genuine breakfast.I am happy that you appreciated our 24-hour contactless reception, which allows our guests to access independently and safely.

Un séjour agréable
L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans la ville haute, et dans une zone calme. Notre chambre était confortable mais mériterait une petite rénovation car un peu vieillotte. Le personnel était très sympathique et soucieux de nous aider au mieux. Le check-in case autonome était fort pratique car nous sommes arrivés très tard le premier soir.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé dans la cité haute et pour autant très calme. Service impeccable , très bonne disponibilité de l’équipe (même si il n’y pas un accueil permanent)
