"The house location worked well for us. Very quiet area and some privacy given the property is surrounded by trees. The house seemed to be under some renovation still, but that didn't cause any issues for us. It's not a luxurious house, but it met our needs just fine. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room throughout the house."

With a well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (3 with ensuites), and activities for the 6 kids, it was excellent. Thank you Rheannon for being a great host and answering our queries so promptly."

"The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I lost track of time on the way there and the manager reached out with the door code, so getting into the house was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds have seen better days. They are kind of squishy and sink in the middle. It was a great place to stay with an easy drive to two lighthouses and several beaches. I would stay there again."

"The house was great. Large home with 4 bedrooms. We had two dogs who enjoyed the space and fenced in back yard. Very clean. Only thing we couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub to work called and was explained how to work but it still didn’t. Did text to let know still not working I did look forward to but other then that over all great place to stay. Walking distance to town and water. We would definitely stay again"

"The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!"

"This is one of our favorite trips of the year. We’ve stayed at this property for three years in a row and will continue to come back. The house is big and spread out. The kids and teens have space to watch TV and play in the game room in the basement while the adults watch the game or play cards in the living room and dining room. I saw someone mentioned that the coffee maker was slow. That was true, but the owners have purchased a new one that is top notch. The location is great as the ski hill...
