We were a late arrival. Around 11:50 and had to call and ring the doorbell several times about 20 minutes later the girl decides to finally come out of her room no apology or anything to check us in. The rooms were slightly dated and the beds pretty squishy but it was clean.

We booked a room here specifically to stay in a hot tub hot tub was broke and they say that’s not enough of a reason to get our money back The website said it had a hot tub and nothing about being broke

I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever.
