Late night checkin is slow. I waited in the lobby for the phone to connect with someone. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I waited for 10-12 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then another 5-7 minutes for someone to come and check me in.

Well i like it first when i arrives and go to front desk kindly staff but the things i don't like it that smell marijuana inside the elevator in the wallways and our bathroom.

Someone burned some food they were cooking around midnight. They opened the hallway door trying to air out the smoke and set the fire alarm off. It range till the fire department arrives and cleared the scene. It was too loud to sleep for about 20 minutes. Maybe the hotel should put signs up in each room about what to do if there is smoke in the room.

Really terrible and nasty
There was cockroaches in the rooms, people smoking pot outside the door. The front desk people were rude and trying to get extra money that I had already paid, and I would not recommend anybody to stay there ever again.

When I arrived I went to check in desk, and there was no one there, but I could hear them in the office. I stood there for a few minutes before I said hello. There was a voice I’ll be right there in a minute. Finally they came out. I wasn’t greeted in a warm manner. I only stayed one night and the room was clean and met my needs.

I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the desk to check me in. The room was not as expected. One double bed. No option for roll away beds or cots. The carpet in hallway was stained. The hallway reeked of marijuana. Not something I wanted to expose my child to. We came back after about 3 hours and decided to go home instead of staying. I could not find anyone at the desk to let them know of any issues and I was leaving. It was getting dark and to be honest I did not feel safe in the area. I left my keys on the counter and we drove 3 hours home.

It was bare necessities. Clean and very affordable. To be honest it had refrigerated, microwave and stove. The bed slept well but it was a regular size instead a queen.

Not great in a pinch. Not very clean. We managed.
Prices were inflated due to demand. The room was not very clean. Bad smells and smears of filth on the walls, tv, remote and floors. The beds were not nice but the sheets appeared to be clean. I would try to avoid this hotel in the future, if possible. But it was the only one available.

Me, my husband and out two small kids booked this hotel 10 min before arriving. Upon arrival we noticed a bunch of people out in the cars just randomly sitting around some walking around the property. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable to even go inside. We called the front desk to explain what was going on and see about getting a refund. They directed us to contact the company we booked through to get the refund. So we did that on Monday and we were told that the company will reach out to the hotel about an our refund. We were later told that we couldn’t get a refund. I recommend spending a little more if you want to make sure you’re staying at a safe and clean hotel.

Location was convenient, neighborhood was Ok. After hours access was compromised by guests. Elevator was very warm, sweaty. Shampoo in addition to soap would have been nice. Towels weren't sufficient, used 2 to dry off.

Ran out by bugs
We showed up and 3 police cars were there and it was the 3rd time they were there. Went to the room and bugs were crawling all over the bed, walls and floor. We left, i wouldnt let my family stay in such terrible conditions.

The room was fairly clean for the most part. There was some crumbs or something still left on the floor under the bed and under the heater- a/c unit. And while we were laying in the bed we started noticing cockroaches were starting to crawl down the walls and floors.

It felt more like a low rent apartment complex. The smell of weed very predominant everywhere. Pretty sure my husband watched a drug deal go down while waiting for me. We got a refund and went somewhere safe.
