"If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms."

"outdoor whirlpool not operating breakfast not a buffet, very limited except sat and sun, no eggs, no sausage, no yogurt asked to change sheets on third day, only resupplied towels sign on building partially blocked. Need to trim tree. otherwise staff was friendly, and tried to help with resources on hand"

"Room was clean, beds were very comfy, staff was pleasant, nice big grass area for dogs to sniff around. Area is quiet despite proximity to the highway. Air conditioning was cold, pool was clean and refreshing. Ideally located for adventure around Benson. We went to the caverns and Tombstone. We plan to return and will stay at this hotel again."

"Still one of my favorite places to stay. Just a classic property in a gorgeous setting. The Canyon Suite is a great way to go. Separate bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, wet bar, and another huge bathroom. Professional, courteous staff throughout the property. Tucson’s best hotel hands down."
