"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. Nice balcony with views. All together a really nice hotel, but the lobby is unfortunately very dated and looks more like a college hub. The out door area with swimming pool is lovely. "Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "

"Spent a week at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza and found it to be overall an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were outstanding with a special mention to Miguel Angel, Rocio, Mauri and Patino who were always welcoming and looked after us amazingly well. The reception staff were all excellent but again a special mention to Reguar who assisted with a late checkout. The food in the restaurant was always good with a great variety of dishes available at each mealtime. My only grumble was that the veg were a little over cooked. The hotel has a lovely pool and several terraces you can use if you are not a fan of the beach. If you do like the beach it's only a ten minute walk away. Thank you for a great stay. "
