Clean quiet hotel. Only negative point was we had ordered 2 packed breakfasts to leave early for our flight home and when checking out there was no breakfast for us to take with us so wasn’t happy seeing as we had already paid for it

Excellent value - fantastic views of the sea from my balcony and friendly helpful staff who allowed me to check in early - room looks a little dated but perfectly acceptable for the price paid - very satisfied and highly recommended

Reception staff acts like you owe them money, not very friendly. Property is old and obsolete but good location. Breakfast is also not very impressive but decent.

This is advertised on Expedia as 4* it is actually a 3* and I am surprised it has 3! Very basic facilities a real throw back from the 80’s The swimming pool was grimey and the steps unsafe. No disabled access. The breakfast was quite apalling thank goodness I did not book for dinner. I would say avoid this place unless you have very low standards!

Only one electrical plug in the room and the walls are so thin, you can hear the people next door whispering. The reception personnel is good except for one by the name of MINH, a very rude unpleasant person.

The Hotel Poseidon Playa was a fantastic place to stay. Warm and friendly staff. Entertainment excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food amazing with lots of choices. 10 out of 10

Nice hotel close to the beach, with all rooms having sea view, but much noise from neighbor rooms. The beach area is walkable in both directions to access restaurants and bars. The hotel organize events in first floor each night, many of them with dance.

A nice hotel in the Poniente district of Benidorm which was enjoyable for our short stay The hotel had a car park if you are driving however it is not the best, more of a dirt track, & for our 3 day stay of was 15 euro. Other than that the hotel was well positioned with lovely sea views

Świetne miejsce na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt
Wszystko było tak jak powinno, bezproblemowy check in, czysty i przestronny pokój z fantastycznym widokiem. Nie wiem jak z obiadem czy kolacją ale śniadania bardzo dobre, duzy wybór, każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Łóżka duże, bardzo wygodne, duża szafa, ktora pomieści napewno wszystkie bagaże. WiFi daje rade, jak już musze znaleźć coś na minus to bedzie troszke słabe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu, do kąpieli ok ale do wypłukania szamponu z długich włosów troche za słabe. Jak ktos przyjedzie autem to za hotelem jest dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych w bocznych uliczkach. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zaparkowaniem. Ogolnie bardzo polecam. My napewno tu wrócimy.

Lovely break
Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable. Stayed in a B&B basis, expected a continental breakfast it was a full buffet with eggs, bacon etc as well as continental. Was quite a walk to Tapas alley and Levante beach which we didn’t mind. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the Poseidon playa. The view from the room and balcony is fantastic and the bed was very comfy. Half board menu was buffet style with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and courteous

Ive stayed here many times before as it is ideally situated with great views. Breakfast was a little chaotic last time but they seem to be better organised at this visit. Would recommend

Good stay
All in all a good place to stay. Staff friendly, food selection good and cleanliness excellent. Spectacular view of the sea. Just a couple of little niggles, 5 euros a day to park on a rough piece of ground seemed a little steep. Couldnt see any sort of extractor in a bathroom with no windows and was disturbed by the TV next door. Also a long time to wait for one of the 4 lifts, that serviced 17 floors. Though none of these points would stop me coming here again.

Happy hotel
Very clean hotel. Maid service every day. Mask wearing rule enforced which i felt safe with. Staff were wonderful in my opinion. Hats of to Toni who was in charge of entertainment which was good. Wide choice of buffet food.

The location is perfect. Beautiful views and a really comfortable clean room. But the staff is really really awkward. And the restaurant situation is strange. Would stay here again but definitely would not eat here.

Definitely worth a visit
The views are stunning from room. Check in was easy and all staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was amazing , so much choice!!The only downside is walls are thin, could hear snoring from both sides and I'm a light sleeper

Dear Benjamin: Sometimes, when there are many people waiting at the reception for the entrance you have to wait a bit. Before your arrival at the hotel, you received an email to check-in express online. If you do express check-in with email your entry is very fast. The hotel has nothing to do with the taxi company, we feel the inconvenience but we are not to blame. We hope that the rest of your stay has been satisfactory. Have a nice day.

Lovely room with walk in shower which i requested. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony and view excellent. Bit of a walk to old town for me but if you're more mobile it's an enjoyable walk along the beach front.

Absolutely spotless hotel and staff very friendly a little far outside all the pubs and clubs so taxis are an absolute On the down side we found the in house entertainment catered more on the older side with a lot of dancing also its very spanish orientated Walls are paper thin i could hear the people next door snoring but rooms nice very clean and spacious enough

Positives and negatives of hotel
Location of hotel has postives & negatives - good views of the beach, set back from the main road. But building site located directly behind the hotel, jcb dumper trucks running throughout the day - irritating drilling noise etc. Comfortable & clean room, excellent shower pressure. Mixture of friendly helpful staff - did offer to change our room due to overlooking recycling bins & building work noise but only there for two nights - made the most of it. Good value for money - full board included in price of the hotel. Swimming pool - bit chilly but great to relax when sun was out. Entertainment available if you want to join in. On the whole a great weekend location of hotel is on the outskirts of Benidorm but some might think that is a positive !! It needs to be clear that this hotel has a building site directly behind it !!!
