Get there after booking a 2 queen bed room. Get to room. Single queen bed. Ah, no problem, I'll make it work. I get a call, and they say "there are two of you, you only paid for one person". I say what the hell did you think I wanted 2 beds for? That I didn't get. So they say they will "try" and not charge me anything extra even though I got one bed. So I paid Expedia the $110 or whatever for the room up front, no cancellations, and I also get charged like $40 or $50 dollars (after conversion) on check out for some taxes, and 2 local phone calls (did I mention international calls are free, local calls are charged)? lol
It was unique, but gave me the creeps. We were on the fourth floor, and there are these giant steel doors that could totally be closed and trap you on your floor for whatever reason (blocking both elevators and stairs), They were open, but it was strange. Call me paranoid, but I hated the idea of being potentially trapped. The room only had a very thing window....
