"Just done a week here clean hotel, food is basic very repetitive if we didn’t have the children we would of ate out every night.
I wouldn’t come here if you have hidden disabilities like ADHD or autism we had a issue at the pool as there is a restaurant and we didn’t realise you couldn’t eat in here if you’re in swim clothes and the children were hungry they both have autism and adhd and were shouted at for entering the restaurant and then due to the language barrier ( very limited English) we didn’t understand what they were saying they proceeded to take photos of my child topless which scared him we then left the restaurant my child took some of the pizza and was chased down by the staff and surrounded by a few of them shouting again not in English but guessing it was regarding eating by the pool. They continued to follow us as we headed to our room.
This completely ruined our holiday and made us feel like criminals my child didn’t understand what was happening due to autism and just wanted his pizza.
So again special needs they have no understanding or care what so ever and no one speaks English.
They are very strict around the pool you cannot jump in which is impossible for children not to want to do especially on holiday full of excitement so constantly being watched and told off for jumping in."
