The Prime Hotel has 400 rooms occupying a modern, U-shaped building. A health club contains a variety of recreational facilities, including sauna, steam room and plunge pools; mahjong rooms; and sixteen massage rooms. A separate full-service health spa specializes in Thai massage treatments. The Prime Hotel also has an indoor swimming pool (guest are required to wear a swim cap) and fitness center. Drinks and snacks can be served in a karaoke room. An on-site store sells clothes, handbags, wallets, and other fashion items.

Business centre: Two computer stations and a telephone cubicle make up the business centre, which is open from early morning to late evening. It also has an air ticket desk. A small meeting room in the business center is available for hourly surcharges. Conference/function room(s):The Prime Hotel's ballroom is 372 square metres (4,000 square feet), accommodating up to 300 people in theatre style or 210 in classroom style. It can be divided into three separate rooms of 124 metres (1,335 square feet) each, holding up to 100 people in theater style or 70 in classroom style. A breakout area overlooks the atrium lobby. There are also three functions rooms on the third floor, each of 80 square meters (860 square feet) and accommodating 60 people in theater style and 40 in classroom style. They may be combined to form larger function rooms.

The Prime Hotel's health club contains a variety of recreational facilities. Both men's and women's sections contain sauna and steam rooms, two massage tables, and three plunge pools of varying temperatures. Four mahjong rooms (surcharges) offer mahjong tables and a relaxation area with armchairs and sofas. Sixteen double massage rooms (surcharges) all have TVs, and also offer manicures and pedicures. The Prime Hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center with treadmills, weight stations, and cycling machines. Bicycles may be rented through the hotel.

Recreational opportunities in the city include tennis in the Dongdan district approximately 2 km (1.5 miles) from the hotel, and ice skating at the World Trade Center 4 km (3 miles) away. The Varee Spa employs professional therapists from Thailand and specializes in Thai massage treatments. It aims to help guests ease the built-up anxiety and tension of city living and provide a sanctuary in the middle of an urban setting.
