Great hotel near Begur
We had a super stay in Hotel Eetu, the hotel was really nice and clean, the pool and pool area was lovely and staff were great, very helpful.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very helpful especially Judith on reception. The owner is also willing to help. The hotel is very clean and our room which was upgraded to a sea view and also a view of the lovely gardens was perfect . Not many restaurants in the area but Begur is not too far away.Fantastic breakfast in hotel .Also heated pool is great. This is a part of the Costa Brava that is a road less travelled for most British visitors . Just what we wanted . Only minor complaint would be a kettle in the room and a channel on tv in English just for news and but these are very minor things.

This is a beautiful property in a relatively quiet area. Easy pleasant 10 minute walk to a pebble beach. Facility and food were great.

Loved it here. What a relaxing and beautiful hotel. We felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. Judith at the front desk took extra time for us to tell us about the area and shared her knowledge of the area with us, which really helped us enjoy the time in the village and our beach day. We had an amazing time at EETU. We will be back.

EXCELLENT STAY IN BEGUR
We had the most AMAZING stay at Eetu. It was so lovely, like a hidden gem. Everything was perfect! Beautiful room, beautiful water view, excellent breakfast each morning with fresh eggs, pastries, fruit, cheese, meats, etc... the staff felt like family by the time we left. Also, being adults only, what a nice surprise in that it was super quiet, elegant, clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough!! Eddy was fantastic!!!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, e.g. booking dinner reservations, boat trips. Facilities and pool are above average and close to nice beaches. Service at lunch and dinner is limited. We were left alone (in a bad way) after our main dinner course was served, were never asked if we wanted more wine, desert or coffee due to understaffed and inexperienced servers.

Short break in Costa Brava
Well located modern hotel with beautiful view on the sea and surroundings. The pool is great and there are several beaches/calas reachable on foot. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We have been in 2019 and come back now in September 2021 - we will certainly return

Beautiful location.
Hotel is in a beautiful location with two small beaches within walking distance. The rooms are large and clean, balcony with sea views. Beds are a bit hard and the bathrooms slightly outdated with broken tiles. The heated pool is very nice, property generally well maintained. Restaurant felt a bit limited with a set 3 course menu only. You're only option here is to have a car, there is nothing else around other than another hotel across the road.

There is nothing not to like here. We had a fabulous stay, really well looked after by the owners and their excellent team. Very friendly atmosphere, fantastic pool and great location. The food was also excellent.

We had such an amazing time in Hotel Eetu! The staff there were super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. It's close to a few lovely beaches too! We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

A little piece of heaven
A piece of heaven! The hotel met all our expectations. It was private yet close to everything, the beach, city Begur and more. The room was large, the staff was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and dinner. Omg dinner was delicious and the service was excellent ( 5 star dining) We had an early departure and the owner had the chef come in early and prepare breakfast to go for us, class act!

Tranquility All Around
When my wife and I decided to escape Barcelona for a week, we wanted to, how do you say...chill. No stress. No traffic. Just us, together. This hotel was the perfect remedy to the city hustle. It's immaculately clean and situated perfectly between a few popular beaches. The rooms are big, the staff is amazing and the breakfast was nice. Oh, and the pool. The pool is an Instagramer's dream, and with it being adults only, it truly is serene. Go! You won't be disappointed. PS: I'm not an Instagramer, but I know a good photo op when I see one.

Only Positives to say about the Hotel Eetu! First, the staff were so friendly and help. Location is about a 3 minute walk down the beach and about a 15 minute hike over to aiguablava. The breakfast is wonderful. Fresh fruit, smoked meats and salmon, and big dessert table. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. I look forward to coming back here!

Very warm and professional welcome from Paquita, who accompanied us to our room. Balcony with sea view (smoking permitted). Good self-service breakfast. Menu in restaurant unchanged from day to day (so rather boring after a while). "Peruvian--Japanese fusion" style. Good quality. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Nice, quiet hotel within walking distance of 3 beaches. We didn’t have a car and staff was extremely helpful with suggestions. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice outdoor dining area. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay and even provided some free Spanish lessons! We hope to return someday!

Great Hotel near Begur, Costa Brava
As soon as you arrive you are made welcomed by the management and staff. Indoor carpark that leads you directly to the reception. Room spotlessly clean and well appointed with a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea at a distance. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, all amenities present and renewed every day. Very quiet air con. Good WiFi signal. Buffet breakfast included with plenty of quality choices. The wonderfully clean sea is only a few minutes walk. We ate twice in the hotel restaurant: very good food, limited choice. Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed every minute of it. Our thanks go to the owner, Bern, of the establishment and all the staff. We highly recommend this place.

Costa Brava gem!
We had a wonderful time at this lovely little hotel in paradise. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location can’t be beat and walking to the nearby beaches was the highlight of our week in Spain. The mojitos at the bar were the bet I ever had (and 2-for-1 at happy hour). I wish we could have stayed much longer!

Beautiful views
Absolutely beautiful views probably one of the best from a hotel room. Room was very clean and well equipped. Greeting at check in and out very good. Was disappointed with the amount of dog hair around the breakfast areas as I’m allergic to it. Owners dogs are allowed to roam around. Hotel only had a few guests staying there so was extremely quiet. The sea was stunning but you must have a car to get around.

Minimalistic - too expensive
The write up of the hotel said they had massages with pictures of a gorgeous view. They had neither of these things. Our room was on the second to top floor and had a small peakaboo view of the water but any rooms below us wouldn't have had any and you had to walk down to one of the trails to see anything. When we checked in we asked where we should go and she mentioned "you can walk down these trails or I recommend taking your car into these towns close by". She then triple circled those towns highlighting that they were the best to do. They were so boring, BUT the area she mentioned you could walk to was gorgeous!! We wish we spent more time there!! It's an amazing pool right next to the sea to swim in. The hotel has no amenities - no gym, no pool, no spa. It's just a clean room to sleep in. For the price we paid definitely not worth it. The dinner was ridiculous. We waited 20mins to order and another 20mins to get the check at the end. It ended up being a 2 hour dinner, quite expensive, and nothing to rave about. Free parking was awesome, but everyone park a like an idiot in the underground so you'll probably scratch your car - if you own a nice car try getting one of the spots outside.

This hotel was a really nice place. The service was very helpful and the food was very good. The room had been remodeled and very modern, good bath. The staff was good to recommend where to hike and enjoy the shore, good views around. We were driving and it was easy to arrive and secure parking. Would recommend.

Great hotel in Fornells
Great hotel in the heart of the most beautiful part of the Costa Brava. Walked the trail down to the beach at Aigua Brava. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and recently renovated. Great large terrace for each room. Breakfast is included and was really yummy with great coffee!!! We were only a 5 minute drive from the medieval town of Begur, which has amazing restaurants and is soooo beautiful! And, the owner Bernard is so nice, and very helpful!!!

Nice room with beautiful courtyard for delicious breakfast that was included. Food fresh with many options and eggs made to order. Staff very helpful with directions to restaurants and other beaches. Such a refreshing stop after the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Also side trip to Figueres to Dali museum

Nice hotel on Coasta Brava, near beach
Hotel could be difficult to find, but owners have put accurate details on how to get there from Barcelona and Gerona on the website. Good idea to use these directions as our navigation system could not find the location. Although it was early in the season, we enjoyed walking down the hill to the small close-by beaches. The dinner was very good and the set menu was a fair value. We enjoyed visiting the local villages of Begur, Pals, Peratallado. Many historic villages in the area. The owners were very personable and knowledgeable. We felt we arrived as guests and left as friends. All staff were pleasant.
