Overall, The property was clean and the service was friendly. The rooms are fairly newly renovated, so that makes for a better experience. The mattresses are little squishy, so I’m not sure if they knew or not, but they seem like they could use a little upgrade, the linens were nice so that helped. We were in an accessible room, So there was more space, but the shower wasn’t accessible. It was a standard step in shower, even though the bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair to be in, so that was odd. The breakfast was pretty, ever since Covid they don’t seem to be any warm options apart from waffles, but no protein like eggs or sausage. Overall, I can recommend it.

Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent, and well heated. Enjoyed breakfast biscuits and mini waffles available. Room appeared and smelled clean, but greasy smudges noted on temperature control device. Desk staff very helpful and nice, provided extra linens for teen to sleep in window seat area. Minimal room amenities, no closet, tight fir for family of 4 Overall, fine for a quick one-night stay

Pretty basic accommodations as expected, comfortable room and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall ok! Good location to get back onto the highway.

We arrived approx. 30 minutes before check in. The rooms were not ready, I understand that. So we sat in the car waiting. When I checked in, there was a $100 hold per room on top of what I already paid. When he told me about the 2nd charge, I was surprised and cursed lowly to myself. I shouldn't have, but I did. The man behind the desk had a lot to say about it. He wasnt happy at all. Then, no coffee maker in the rooms, no hair dryer, and breakfast was mainly mushy muffins. They did havr a waffle maker though. There were ants in the hot tub as well.

Housekeeping was exceptional. We came back to find a note left by Misty saying she left us clean towels, toilet paper and such. We had only been there 1 night. They were booked every night. Other guests were loud, stomping on the floor above us. Air conditioner did not work well, was hot in the room. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

Shower curtain in the bathroom was extremely stained, as well as the bathtub/shower itself. Recommend replacing the shower curtains as it looked like mold stains on the curtain. Everything else was clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Andrea at front desk was awesome! Cleaning lady that helped on second day was very friendly and nice. Although none of the cleaning people ever cleaned the sink or bathtub the entire week we were there. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel. Staff were both welcoming and helpful. Nice little pool area and hot tub. Room was a bit tight, but beds are comfortable and bathroom is ok. Very close to a few restaurants and fuel as well. Good value for the money.

The property itself was certainly nice enough and Andrea at the front desk was WONDERFUL!! Unfortunately, whoever cleaned our room did not clean the room. There were 2 queen beds and the one bed which was made up had hair all through it when I turned back the sheets. The sheets were never changed. There was also hair in the shower that was not cleaned. So unfortunately, because of housekeeping, I cannot give this a good rating. However, Andrea was very kind about the situation and offered to move us to another room or change the sheets immediately, whichever we preferred. She was very apologetic about the situation. Other than tbe problem with housekeeping, the property is nicely renovated and a good value. Unfortunately, due to this situation, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this property.
