Water lukewarm. Room looked dirty. Walls dirty and holes in the blackout curtains. I expected far more than this for $160 a night. Beds not comfortable.

Hotel might be OK, but whatever you do don’t book through Expedia. We had a problem with our room and the local staff said they would refund our stay to make it right. Expedia now claims they will not.

I was really disappointed that the swimming pool/hot tub were closed. I drove 5 hours and was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

First room we had was already occupied. They weren’t in the room but it was clearly someone else’s room. Easily corrected but made me worried, as a single woman with her child, that it would happen to us. The elevator was sketch as well but the room was clean.

Room seemed relatively clean but walls needed some paint. Dirty hallways and elevator. Small stain on sheets (eww) although it did seem to be set in despite washing. Hotel staff not responsive to front desk calls (not enough staff?). Breakfast was decent, and while we didn’t have time for it, the pool seemed nice.

Unfortunately our bathroom wasn’t clean, there was pieces of Trash on the floor. Hotel is older and some areas smelled bad. Very limited breakfast.

Breakfast they promote was disgusting…cold, tasteless and staff was rude shoving everyone out of the way to replenish. Why bother?! It used to he great, what happened? Better to have nothing and also no fruit??

Free breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful. Room was decent. They had a pool that stayed open until 10pm. I didnt go swimming but it seemed most people that stayed was generally happy, which made the overall experience nice for us as well

It was a necessary stop and place to sleep with our dog on a road trip. Rooms were not clean. We knew what we signed up for but would not want to stay again.

The outside and reception is in decent condition . Check in was not a great experience. The toilet in the room was blocked and the phone broken . When reporting this to the reception , it took very long before we were assisted and the response not great . Room was moved as they didn’t have anyone to unblock the toilet. We were moved to an accessible room with no bath - they didn’t ask us if this was ok - very limited communication. Swimming area was dirty and need some maintenance. Room didn’t feel very clean . Decent breakfast . Check out was a pleasant experience

For an overnight stay it’s ok. However the hotel is a little tired and needs some upgrades. Despite that the bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. The staff are extremely friendly.

Could not rest. Loud and partying all night. Running up and down the hallways and doors slamming until nearly 1 a.m. noisy guests. Will likely not be staying here again. Could have found a nicer hotel for cheaper where I couod get my money worth and get some quality rest.

The staff at this location were so friendly and couldn't do more for us. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel is an older one which we hear has renovations coming soon. However, it is laid out nicely, the pool looks inviting and we would stay here again in a minute!

Property was exactly as described, was very easy check in, and very comfortable for me and my pup for the night. Lots of options for a quick easy dinner, and breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

We stayed in 262 which is a King Suite. Our air conditioners didn’t work, our coffee pot was left dirty, there was dumpsters outside of our window and because our ac’s didn’t work we had them opened all night and people kept throwing big heavy things in the dumpsters for the majority of the night. Our bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. We politely let the front desk worker know of our issues this morning at checkout and she didn’t seem to care. Unfriendly staff and poor stay.
