The 2nd floor ice maker didn’t work. The microphone didn't work. There were no USB receptacles for charging phone. The staff were nice. The breakfast was good.

The room was clean. But there were some cosmetic things that needed to be addressed. Peeling wallpaper in the shower. Water stains on the ceiling from an apparent leak from the room above. Holes in the wall where the room had be previously redone. Bathroom door had a hole on the inside. It stormed the night we stayed. Water leaked in around the AC unit.

Hotel is way out of date needs a upgrade
On the way to a family wedding Hotel is way out of date and needs an upgrade; breakfast did not have much to offer just juice coffee yogurt and fruit.

Sheets were stained, tiles were literally taped to the floor, door locks don’t work patches all over the walls and not painted, pool looks like it hasn’t run since the 1900s.

Beds were awful, tossed and turned all night, got no sleep. Definitely need to invest in new mattresses, overall wasnt bad but for the price, very disappointing

Hotel was very clean! Very old. In desperate need of maintenance and updating. Bed and pillows need to be replaced. Not very comfortable. Very happy with how clean it was and convenient to the ampitheater, which is why we stayed!

This is an old motel that had a lot of wear. The room was clean but dated. Had problems getting TV to work.

The door at the end of the building didn't lock. There was a place to use your key to enter but it wasn't necessary.

It was very dirty lots of areas that needed repair lobby halls and room. It was conveniently located for our trip but if we return to the area we will stay somewhere else.

Interesting out of the way property. We needed a stop over on our way home from Florida and was happy to find this hotel had rooms. They state they have a free continental breakfast; it is truly continental and all in individual servings. The only hot item you could get was oatmeal. The room was very clean but definite work needs to be done to the bathrooms and walls.

Nice hotel close to Beaver Dam
The hotel staff was very accommodating. And when I told them it would be after mid-night when I would be checking in they had no problem with it. Also the biscuits and gravy on there continental breakfast was most excellent and the coffee was ever better.

Clean motel but services minimal
Hotel is clean but showing its age. Not entirely nonsmoking, so public areas smell of stale smoke. Room was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was less than adequate. For the price, though, the hotel met our needs.

I would recommend to anyone!
We booked this quaint Inn on line, and we couldn't have picked a better place for the price and the location. My husband and I, along with his parents, were attending the Jerusalem Ridge Bluegrass Festival the first weekend in October. The room was very adequate and comfortable. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever experienced. It was fresh and had a wide assortment of good eating. The room was cleaned and tidied each day while we were gone. The atmosphere was superb. The lounge was filled in the evenings with locals and bluegrass celeberties 'pickin' at their banjos, mandolins and guitars to just top off the day. This hotel showed a true example of "southern hospitality" at its finest.

Clean, Friendly and not too fancy.
The hotel is pretty much exactly what I expected. Perfectly nice, a bit outdated, older hotel with kind of inexpensive bedding, older towels, etc. But my room was very clean, the bathroom was in excellent condition and very well maintained with fairly new fixtures. Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Very comfortable and not fancy.. like a small town locally owned hotel should be.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient
Although this is an older property it is very well run and maintained. Convenient to the freeway, but far enough away so as to not hear the traffic whizzing by. Our room was comfortable and clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. There are two restaurants so close to the motel that you don't even need to move your car - Wendy's and a Denny's that is open 24/7. All in all, a pleasant experience - we will be back in the Beaver Dam area in June and plan to stay here again.

Great hotel staff and a pleasant place to stay
Our room was very clean. Minor maintenance needs to be done like painting the elevator entrance and the main hotel door entrance. The outside is kept clean and the entrance and parking lot is well lit. The continental breakfast was very nice and also very clean. We had a pleasant stay and will stay there again.

party outside my room, noisy people that came in at 1:00 and had a great time at my expense, awake all night, I wouldn't let my dog stay there and do not intend to ever stay there again,I definitley do not recommend it for people with children because they seem to let just anybody come and go at all hours of the night

Good value for the money
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and have been very satisfied each time. The continental breakfast is on par with the surrounding area. The room is nicely appointed. The only maintenance issue was the sink drain rod didn't work (sink would not drain). For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to use the shower. Instead of a vertical knob on top to pull for the shower you have to pull down on the water spout. Must be getting old.
