"Loved this hotel….. the room (water view) was huge, big bathroom well appointed. The building is really quite something. Ok, the windows were original and not particularly sound proof so it was a little noisy, but this didn’t bother us. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely sitting rooms….. I will go back if I can…"

"A very beautiful and clearly old hotel set in an amazing medieval village. Hotel was very basic with lots of character. Some aspects need updating. Very dark bathroom decor and some squashed insects on the walls. Parking almost impossible near hotel but available a short walk away on the main road. "
