"this is the 2nd time in this hotel when the room allocated to us was one for handicapped people when none was requested. I asked for it to be changed which it was. It is not acceptable when one arrives late after a long and exhausting flight."

"We were so excited to stay at the Beachmere house but in the end we didn’t get to stay. The house was advertised as being Pet Friendly so we planned to take our two dogs. "Disappointed that the advertised access to the hospital was not a paved pathway but you had to walk a distance over uneven grass/ground/sand to get to the roadway/walking path, not suitable when going into hospital with your luggage. Otherwise everything else was excellent."
