"The hotel was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly during check-in, which made for a positive first impression. The room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is customer service consistency. On one occasion, while purchasing snacks, the front desk staff did not acknowledge us and seemed unfriendly. Parking was somewhat limited, and additional parking spaces would be beneficial. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit rough, but the hotel itself felt clean and secure. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness and updated appearance of the property."

"If you're coming for the "pool", you will be very disappointed. The photos of this place are VERY misleading. The pool is the size of a jacuzzi and is filthy brown color, not blue like the photos. The place is very outdated/falling apart and rooms are TINY!! The A/C didn't work properly and we were hot and uncomfortable all night. Cleanliness was meh. Hair on the pillows and in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was pretty bland and didn't have cream cheese or bagels or a pancake maker. The Lobby stunk like weed. There is no view of water or anything but a parking lot from this hotel. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot."

"We had a cockroach in our room. The staff was not helpful when we brought them the roach. We were not offered a new room or a refunded for that night. Reached out the property manager and got no response. We also requested cleaning services two days in a row and never received service."

"Very Bad Coustomer service front desk.When I check in the guy was so rude .The room was 130 A .I took pictures of two cockroach.They were running around in the room.We will never going back again this Wyndham hotel in San Diego.Very Bad ."

"We had a fantastic stay at this Oceanside hotel. The property was well maintained, the front desk team was genuinely helpful, and the location couldn’t be better — right across the beach with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. We never had to use our car, which made the trip feel like a real vacation. Relaxing, easy, and enjoyable. We’ll book this hotel again without a second thought."

"Very family friendly resort ! We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant with our daughter’s family and our young granddaughters. The hotel was able to provide connecting rooms which was wonderful and kept us connected the entire time, they also accommodated an early check in for a small fee and a late check out , also for a small fee which was very nice when traveling with small children. Property is a little older and could use some refreshing but was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly, bar tenders were fabulous! Parking was super convenient and close. Walking path near the beach provides access to two close neighborhood parks. Would recommend and would return."
