Oddly, unbeknownst to either of us until we spoke of it, my husband and I had separately each had a simple question, and she seemed irritated closing out the conversation by turning her attention elsewhere. "Excellent hospitality. Staff was very kind and the amenities were great. Played a game of pickle ball through by renting some equipment and lounged at the pool. Bartender made some good drinks. Would recommend this hotel and would come back to try the restaurant next time."

"Due to travel circumstances, we arrived at the hotel early, the two desk clerks bent over backward to get our room ready (we hadn't slept for over 20 hours!) directed us to the wonderful breakfast buffet and called when they had the room ready! We have used Best Western while traveling all over the country and always get this kind of service! Love them!"

"We booked with Holiday Inn Bayside, San Diego because of good reviews online. We were so excited to see for ourselves that it is all true. It is a pleasant environment to stay with a friendly and hard working staff, clean rooms, not to mention free airport shuttle. The cleanliness of this hotel is a definite plus because of having dust allergies and asthma. We Loved our hotel stay. Please know that you truly are a 5 star hotel for us. "
