The hotel canceled my reservation, by email, sent less than 24 hours before my arrival. Being on a bus I wasn’t even able to find it and react. No personal on the spot, the check-in automated, my reservation no longer exists - nobody to explain why. Had to reach to Expedia who said “probably they’re out of vacancies “. The reason, I later found, was that the credit card on file has expired. I made the reservation 4 months in advance, and the only available option was “you pay at the location”. Why did they decide to try to charge me one day before the arrival then? Terrible experience trying to find a stay 2 hours before the show ($200 ticket), ruined night, and Expedia was not able to help.

Good location but needs some work
Eugene at the front desk and all the staff I met were really nice here. It was within 2km of the Bayreuth Festspielhaus, quite walkable, so a good location for anyone attending there. Overall the hotel could benefit from some upgrades to the building and the rooms. Also note - the hotel does not have air conditioning. It was not super hot when I stayed, so I was able to keep my room comfortable most of the time.

This is a place to sleep for the night - nothing more, nothing less. This is not a hotel at which to spend several days, to get work done, or to hang out for a romantic vacation. This is just a room with a bed, located a 5 minute walk from the inner city. Exactly what I needed.

Also diese Unterkunft als Hotel zu bezeichnen... Die Zimmer sind im Fahrstuhl als Fremdenzimmer deklariert und genauso wenig Atmosphäre hat diese Unterkunft! Alles sehr finster, auf dem Boden lagen Haare. Wirklich nicht schön!!!

Perfekt til formålet - overnatning på bilrejsen
Vi skulle bruge et rimeligt sted at sove med restaurant og sikker parkering få minutter fra motorvejen. Dette hotel levede fuldstændigt op til kravene til en meget billig pris med en righoldig morgenmad at tage afsted på.

Zentrum um die Ecke!O.K. Das Parking gegen Gebühr ist-keine Info ! und das Info Parking Vorhanden ,hat mich kostet 55EU?Habe hinten dem Hotel Parkiert wie andere 8 Autos? Am Morgen bei mir Busse.Keine Verbot Einfahrt oder Parkieren ,ich dachte es gehärt zum Hotel ?! (Ev. ist es nur versteckte Deutsche Rassismus?) sehr unfreundlich!Am Ende auf Polizei konnte ich Busse nicht bezahlen-muss über Bank gehen???LAA! Nicht Mehr diese schöne Stadt Bayreuth.

Einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtete Zimmer. Leider etwas hellhörig. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW unter 2m Höhe gegen Tagesgebühr vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet so lala. Zentrumsnäh.

Um Beyreuth zu erkunden, super!
Alles in allem war es schon in Ordnung, wir waren spontan eine Nacht dort. Die Lage ist super zentral und auch die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück war naja, der Kaffee eine Katastrophe;-). Das Personal wirkte auf mich etwas unfreundlich, vielleicht waren sie aber auch nur etwas gestresst…..

Die Unterkunft Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Jedoch die Preise im Lokal waren etwas überhöht; vorallem die Preise für Wein (0,2 ltr. für über 7,00 € für einen Retsina) ist doch etwas übertrieben! Umgerechnet kostet dann 1 ltr. 35,00 €!
