"We have never been to Cookeville Tennessee before. Our Daughter and Son in-law with there 2 boys Louis (2 years old) and Drew ( 5 month old) moved to Sparta Tennessee back in January. "Very quiet, all amenities were there. Only issue was bathroom sink was plugged. I had to take the plug apart and clean the drain. Also the cable didn't work, it was ok i used roku, but you will have to see that the cable is connected. "

"The photos on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is far nicer and updated than I expected especially for the price. Check in was a breeze, and the unit was exceptionally clean inside. There are a couple other units attached but you can’t tell, and everybody minds their business. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the unit was perfect for me."

"We had a wonderful stay here! Cute and homey apartment in a friendly community. The pool area was a great place to relax after hiking and swimming at Cummins Falls (which was only 15 minutes away!). We brought our dog and took advantage of the little dog trail that goes around the apartment community. We would definitely stay here again!"

"An awesome eclectic "cabin"! Had some storms roll thru and the power went off a few times but it was not a big deal. The hostesses (Rachel and Stephanie) were great and quick to respond when we had a question or needed anything. It was a great place to stay in order to access all the parks with waterfalls around that area! We would definitely go back and stay there again."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Morning coffee on the patio was the perfect way to start the day. And the view was just as spectacular at night! Patrice has thought of everything to make staying there comfortable. From thick, luxurious towels and comfy bed to frozen pizzas in the freezer and a well equipped kitchen, we felt right at home. "Very impressed with cleanliness. Great cabin.the only thing that I would change is a handrail on the right side of the stairs. I have some mobility issues with my Left arm and leg and nothing to hold on to with my good hand on the right. My fault for not checking. LoL😊 beautiful large rug under the dining table but the chairs get caught and do not go back very well. Almost took my husband down! LoL 😆 overall great place . Would highly recommend."
